Our Approach
All Novem garments are constructed with movement in mind — using fabrics with natural or technical stretch and engineered elasticated waistbands in all trousers. Move comfortably throughout the day and breathe freely, without compromising silhouette.

Meet Tiia
Tiia is an architect and designer working across scales — from jewelry to cities. Her days move between office work, travel, presentations, and conversations with clients around the world. Meet Anastasiia
Anastasiia works in Public Policy, shaping laws and regulations to make society and business function better. Her work is about vision — seeing what could be improved and bringing others along to make it happen.
“The moment I feel most myself is when I have a clear vision for a project and I want to translate it into something real.”
That clarity carries into how she dresses. In a profession that demands leadership and persuasion, clothing becomes part of how she steps into a room. Yet finding the right fit — especially trousers — has always been the challenge. “With pants, it’s always the hardest part. Too short, too long, too wide, too narrow.”
The shift came with made-to-measure. Using the AI-supported 3D measurement tool was, in her words, “very easy to use and actually extremely relaxing… super fast.” Within minutes, her measurements were captured precisely.
When she tried on the suit, the difference was immediate. “From the moment I tried it on, it was perfect.” Measured to her body, aligned with her life — as a leader, a mother, and a woman shaping change.
For her, fit is not about perfection. It is about confidence that allows her to focus on what truly matters.

From the time I was a child, I was captivated by tailoring. There was something magical in the construction of a blazer — the architecture of it, the way it could shape a person’s presence. That fascination led me to working at Jil Sander, where I fell in love with fabric weight, shoulder lines, and the craftsmanship of a perfectly tailored suit.
Over 15 years, leading tailoring departments at Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss Menswear, I touched thousands of fabrics, refined garments to the millimeter, and worked with top-tier factories. Yet, I rarely saw good suits designed for women like me — women whose bodies change through motherhood and age, who want to feel both strong and truly themselves.
NOVEM STUDIO is my response. My craft meets your story, made-to-measure tailoring that fits your body and your spirit. For professional, ambitious women, confidence starts with comfort. I’ve poured my expertise and heart into each piece because you deserve tailoring that’s as real and dynamic as you are.

Woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico — one of the world’s oldest family-run mills, founded in 1663 in the Italian Alps — the fabric is finished using the region’s exceptionally soft alpine water, which gives it its distinctive smooth handfeel and fluid drape. At Novem, every Made-to-Measure garment is hand-assembled with precision and care by our production partner, Dayang Group — a globally respected manufacturing leader based in Dalian, China. Established in 1979 by visionary entrepreneur Ms. Li Guilian, Dayang began as a small tailoring workshop and has since grown into one of the world’s most technologically advanced made-to-measure garment manufacturers, with decades of expertise in suiting and precision tailoring.
Dayang is renowned for combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge production systems. Their strength lies in merging tailoring expertise with intelligent innovation — enabling individual, on-demand production without over-manufacturing.
We are proud to work with Dayang because their commitment to ethical and responsible production aligns closely with our values. Every garment is produced only when commissioned — made specifically for you — avoiding unnecessary stock and reducing waste.
