My Story

Antje Bleek — Founder of NOVEM STUDIO

From the time I was a child, I was captivated by tailoring. There was something magical in the construction of a blazer—the architecture of it, the way it could shape a person’s presence. That fascination led me to Jil Sander, where I fell in love with fabric weight, shoulder lines, and the rhythm of a perfectly tailored suit.

Over 15 years—at Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss Menswear—I touched thousands of fabrics, refined garments to the millimeter, and worked with top-tier factories. Yet, I rarely saw good suits designed for women like me—women whose bodies change through motherhood and age, who want to feel both strong and truly themselves.

NOVEM STUDIO is my response. My craft meets your story—made-to-measure tailoring that fits your body and your spirit. For professional, ambitious women, confidence starts with comfort.
